If you are new to the area, be aware there is not a lot of storage available-Especially in Telluride, Ouray, Ridgway and other area communities. Most people moving to these towns do major shopping in Montrose. Storage inside the town is your best bet. Our rates are up to 40% less than many of our competitors. Our location is in a commercial area. We have police drive-by’s adding extra security to our 11 security cameras. Don’t throw away that extra money you would spend storing out on the highway. The drive into town is only 2 or 3 extra miles and the savings are great!
